Johan Reisang and Ela Buria
The artist duo Johan Reisang (b. 1984) and Ela Buria (b. 1982) live and work in Berlin.
The couple works with oil painting, pastel painting, and printmaking.
They have had numerous exhibitions in cities such as Oslo, Berlin, and New York, and their works have been featured in international media.
Their project related to the Nobel Prize jubilee for Growth of the Soil was also presented in Berlin by the Norwegian Embassy. The duo has carried out many commercial works in design and illustration for various projects, such as for government ministries, publishers, and Norwegian and German organizations. The artist couple is also behind the children's book and bestseller ABC for Tough Kids, which they created together with author Anne Østgaard.
