Stian Andresen, also known as Blue (1984), is a Norwegian pop art artist from Ås.

He has been drawing since he was very young, and he started experimenting with graffiti at the age of 14. Later, he earned a bachelor's degree in graphic design, which led to many years in the advertising industry, before he fully dedicated himself to art in 2018. He has since become known for his massive and detailed mixed media artworks.
