Jørn O. Jøntvedt

Jørn O. Jøntvedt (b. 1965) is a contemporary Norwegian artist. He received his art education from the National Academy of Craft and Art Industry and the School of Visual Arts in New York.

Jørn is strongly inspired by nature, and in his pictures you will often find either mountains, forests, or both. He enjoys experimenting with various materials, from wood, acrylic, old car headlights, boat materials, and plaster. When he works with wood, he carves the motifs by hand. This is a process that takes many hours of work.
