    About the artwork:
    Within Ålesund lies Hjørundfjorden, surrounded by the Sunnmøre Alps and the mighty peak of Slogen at 1564 meters above sea level. Following the beautiful Norangsdalen valley inland, Hotel Union Øye is located at the foot of the steep mountainsides.

    For shippments in the rest of Europe: Prints on paper and canvas are sent in tubes and cost 550 Norwegian kroner (approx. 47 euro).

    Torkild Iversen

    Torkild Iversen (born 1973) is a Norwegian artist with a background as a graphic designer and art director. After many years where art accompanied him alongside his work, five years ago he chose to focus fully on his artistic practice. Today, he works from his studio on Jeløya outside Moss, where he paints canvases that explore the atmosphere, mysticism, and fairytale-like character of the Norwegian mountains.
