Jørn O. Jøntvedt

Jørn O. Jøntvedt (b. 1965) is a Norwegian contemporary artist. He received his art education from the National Academy of Craft and Art Industry and the School of Visual Arts in New York.

Jørn is strongly inspired by nature, and his paintings often feature mountains, forests, or both. He enjoys experimenting with various materials, from wood, acrylic, old car lights, materials from boats, and plaster. When working with wood, he hand-carves the motifs. This is a time-consuming process.
