About the artwork:
This colorful artwork came to life through a planned, yet spontaneous process. First, the idea was developed, with a desire to create something that evokes nostalgia and makes people stop, smile, and perhaps even remember their childhood heroes. The result is a vibrant piece featuring three of Duckburg's most iconic characters.

The work began with the figures. They are the very essence of the expression, and it was important to establish the characters before anything else. Their forms were sketched in rough lines to find the correct proportions and placement. Then, they were built up layer by layer, first with base tones, then with shadows, highlights, and details that brought their expressions to life. The goal was to create clear contrasts in their faces and strong colors in their clothing, so that each figure had its own personality, while also fitting into the overall composition.

Once the figures were complete, the work on the background began. It was designed to support the motif without drawing attention away from the characters. The colors were chosen to create energy and movement, a visual interplay that brings life to the wall. Strong contrasts, splatter patterns, and overlapping color tones were used to create depth, balance, and rhythm in the composition.
