How do the regulations around personal data work?

It is M35 Collective AS who is responsible for the processing taking place in accordance with this legislation and who is "responsible for processing". Norway's supervision of compliance with the regulations is carried out by the Norwegian Data Protection Authority. At the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, you have the right to complain about the processing carried out by the data controller (M35 Collective AS) in connection with this privacy policy.

Card purchase

We work with an authorized payment intermediary for card purchases who help us check that the card is valid for purchases directly from your bank. Your card details are stored encrypted, and not beyond what is necessary to deal with any problems, cancellation of amount reservation and crediting. This means that no one can capture the information you enter.
